Congrats to this week's "Tell me something good" students who were shouted out by their teachers! This is what they had to say,
Kason Hunter: During enrichment there were students who wanted to give up on the activity. Kason made a gentle reminder that "if you believe in yourself, you can do it!". Kason demonstrated confidence and kindness as he encouraged his classmates! I'm proud to have him as a part of my class family!
Bexley Martin: Bexley has been such a kind and loving friend to Kayden in our classroom. She helps him to accomplish all the things we are doing and can makes him laugh all the time!
Carter Ewing: Carter supported a classmate with playing sight word Bingo. Some of the words were challenging for his classmate and Carter gently stepped in without being asked, instead of playing his own game. Way to go Carter!
Great job! #ESED #JPW

A BIG congratulations to our October student of the month winners! These students were chosen by their teachers because they represent the word "Self Direct". We are so lucky to have so many students who lead themselves to who they want to be. #ESED #JPW

Congrats to the "Tell Me Something Good" students this week! Their teachers noticed them doing amazing things. Great job! #ESED #JPW
Blakely: Our class has some new students joining our classroom for phonics instruction and without being prompted, Blakely took action to make sure they had all the materials they needed while I had to help another student. Thanks Blakely!!
Ethan: Ethan always makes sure all the chairs are pushed in and things are put in the proper place before he leaves the library. Ethan thank you for helping me make sure the library always looks nice.
Sawyer: While at recess, Sawyer noticed litter scattered around the playground. Instead of ignoring it, he took itn upon himself to start picking up the trash. A few of his classmates noticed and soon joined him! Sawyers small gesture turned into a ripple of positive change showing that one person's care can make a big difference!
August: August works so hard each day in class, and she is a wonderful listener. She has grown so much this year, and I am so proud of her!
