Blakely offered to trade with a classmate that really wanted a specific colored marker. Colored dry erase markers are limited in the classroom so it was sweet to see her give up her blue colored marker for a black one so that her classmate could have the blue they were wishing for :) Thanks for thinking of others Blakely!!
Saylor noticed another student in our class was upset when she didn’t receive a sticker, and Saylor gave up her sticker to this student to make her feel better. I’m so proud of your thoughtfulness, Saylor!
Heidi is such a positive student! She is always complimenting me and her classmates. She is respectful and says ma'am and uses her manners. Heidi is a shining beam of light in our class!
One day at recess Theo saw that another student was feeling shy about joining a game and wasn’t quite sure how to play. Theo went to the other student and made sure he knew he could play with them and then helped him understand the game, staying with him the rest of the time. What a wonderful display of kindness!
